The other night while out with friends, we stumbled across this Carol Channing movie being shown on the side of a building across from 2A. I've seen movies projected there before, but I'd never taken photos. So there you go—a photo for your viewing enjoyment.
In other news, I am doing this hardcore bootcamp thingy called Beastanetics twice a week. After class is over, I feel like I've been hit in the head with a bat. I think my body is just stunned that I'm working it that hard after being in hibernation for so long. Here's hoping that endorphin high starts to kick in at some point.
Oh, and here's my latest SW column, all about men who like things jammed up their butts. And last week's about what you do when you break up with someone who still owes you money. I may know a thing or ten about that particular topic, though I kindly changed the loser's name. But besides the column and a blog for the Hired Guns, I've mostly been sticking to marketing writing since I finished my book. I had an idea for a new book last night, which came as a huge relief as I've been feeling completely brain dead lately. Speaking of dead, I went for my six-months dermo checkup and there doesn't appear to be anymore cancer lurking, so I'm onto checkups every six months instead of every three. Phew!
I promise to be more entertaining next time. And also, coherent.
This was the first Beastanetics class that I felt okay with. Tough but able to survive.
