I've been looking around for more work lately and as I am the Designated Insect Killer in our house, I thought this job seemed like a good possibility:
Seeking part-time, long-term help with a growing Internet business (http://godofinsects.com/) that deals in arthropods (collecting, breeding, trading, buying and selling). Anyone interested in this position should be detail-oriented, good with his or her hands and intelligent, with an interest in either art or science (or both). Duties would include: preparing and archiving dead insects and other arthropods, helping to rear various insects. . .
research, data entry, making all sorts of business-related calls and keeping track of any number of items traveling to or from clients (packages, photographs, artwork, insects, etc.), and a multitude of other tasks too varied to list. These assorted tasks would ideally make use of any art or computer skills you may have. If you do not have any design experience but have an avid, active interest in entomology that will hopefully offset any artistic deficiencies. If you help to rear insects (meaning that you would culture them yourself) we will provide you with specimens to care for and you will be allowed to keep some for yourself, provided the specimens thrive under your care. If you are more interested in learning the trade than accumulating specimens, this job will allow you access to a lot of arcane knowledge. Because much will be learned about a great number of things, if you have no entomological experience you will need some other skill to compensate for having to be educated. Skills that would be helpful and would place you above other candidates include the following: macro photography, familiarity with web site maintenance using HTML and possibly some dynamic content generation, digital design, excellent clerical and phone skills, media/public relations, or extensive experience writing grants for non-profit organizations. If interested, please email your resume to: abbadon@godofinsects.com
I already work for the chemical industry! There's no way I'm working for Abbadon, the Angel of the Abyss (See Revelations 9:11)!
(Although I do like his website, and the thought of raising scorpions at home *is* quite appealing....)

Note that you'd only be able to take the bugs home once you'd proven yourself capable of taking good care of them. I don't think devouring them live would qualify, my friend.
